DANCE FLOOR THEORY TM
Greek Life Officer Training
DANCE FLOORS CAN TEACH US HOW TO CREATE HIGHLY ENGAGING GREEK ORGANIZATIONS
JUST LIKE ON A DANCE FLOOR, EVERY GREEK ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCES VARYING LEVELS OF MEMBER ENGAGEMENT.
Engagement between those fully involved (student leaders) and those lurking on the edge (apathetic students). The same tactics to make an energetic dance floor also work to increase engagement within any greek organization. DANCE FLOOR THEORY™️ provides greek life leaders a new model for creating community, increasing student engagement, and fostering a culture of retention.
"Our students felt incredibly engaged throughout the program. They said this was their favorite day! They feel more confident and excited to bring in new students."
